Tuition, Fees, Application and Payment Information

Thank you for your interest in our Academy. Below are three sections that provide Tuition and Fees for Students. Please review the section that best relates to your child's current status (New Student/Current Student). Please feel free to contact us with any questions.

Section A: New Student(S) K5-8th grade
Section B: Current Student(S) K5-8th grade
Section C: K4 Student(s) only

New Students (K5-8): Tuition and Fees
Tuition- (Ten Month Payment Plan August - May)

Tuition Fee: $5,400/year Per Student

Application Fee: $25 Per Family (Includes Interview and Tour)

Matriculation Fee: $500 per student if paid on or before June 27 (See Late fees below)

Enrollment Fee: $250 Per Family (This fee must be paid within two weeks of acceptance to the academy.)

Total Tuition/Fees: $6,175.00

Please Note:

Second child within a family pays $5,100/year with no Application or Enrollment Fee.

Third child within a family pays $4,900/year with no Application or Enrollment Fee.

Fourth child within a family does not pay a Tuition, Application or Enrollment Fee.

Matriculation fees do apply. ($500 per student if paid on or before July 6th) (See Late fees below)

*A discount is given to New England Baptist Church Members.

Current Students (K5-8): Tuition and Fees

Re-enrollment Fee: $125 Per Family if paid on or before March 13th.

$250 if paid after March 13th.

Total Tuition/Fees: $6,175.00 -$125 (if re-enrollment fee is paid before March 13th, 2026.

Please Note:

Second child within a family pays $5,100/year. If K4 see Section C.

Third child within a family pays $4,900/year. If K4 see Section C.

Fourth child within a family does not pay a Tuition.

K4: Tuition and Fees
Tuition- (Ten Month Payment Plan August - May)

Tuition Fee: $5,700/year Per Student

Application Fee: $25 Per Family (Includes Interview and Tour)

Matriculation Fee: $500 per student if paid on or before June 27 (See Late fees below)

Enrollment Fee: $250 Per Family (This fee must be paid within two weeks of acceptance to the academy.)

Additional Fees

Late Matriculation (Book) Fee: if paid after July 6th a $50 additional fee will be incurred.

Uniform Fees

Students are required to purchase uniforms online at Globalschoolwear.com
or Donnellysclothing.com

Graduation Fee:

$40 - Kindergarten & 8th grade.

PLEASE NOTE: APPLICATION, RE-ENROLLMENT, AND MATRICULATION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, THESE MUST BE UP-TO-DATE BEFORE THE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL (SEPTEMBER 9TH)

Application and Payment

Step 3: Return application to New England Baptist Academy
